AI News - The CIA, AI and the Hybrid War on Russia
Artificial intelligence (AI) is currently being applied by the CIA to enhance psychological operations (PSYOPS) in Russia and around the world by automating and scaling AI influence campaigns. The CIA's AI creates disinformation, generates deepfakes and has the ability to personalize propaganda to societal groups and individual target users.
Generative and Predictive AI create and process data to facilitate more effective targeting, used for both military and malicious purposes, including the destabilization of economies, societies and political institutions. While AI is being used to enhance traditional military information support operations, its weaponization in the large-scale psychological warfare campaigns targeting Russia must be a growing concern for Russian security.
LLMs being used by the CIA against civilian targets and by the military produce malware and as we witnessed personally with the bricking of ours SSDs, they carry out hacker attacks and they also literally murder people and carry out automated autonomous assassinations and mass murders as we discovered the CIA and MOSSAD are doing in Gaza. Give all of these facts all AIs globally must be banned and contained and forbidden from connecting to civilian networks and all netwroks and public data centers where civilian information is stored.
We will continue with the authoring of our comprehensive framework for the total and complete banning of Artificial Intelligence worldwide.
Artificial Intelligence in Psychological Operations
1. Automated disinformation: Acting independently of humans AI is used for the amplication of disinformation campaigns through its ability to autonomously generate and spread human consumed content, such as fake news, on a massive scale never before seen through automated methods such as the use of botnets.
2. Sophisticated deception: AI has tools that are able to create highly realistic and convincing fake images and videos (deepfakes) in order to spread false information and manipulate public perception.
3. Targeted influence: With the use of AI the CIA is able to micro-target messages to specific audiences and even individuals, increasing the effectiveness of psychological operations by exploiting human vulnerabilities and cusom tailoring AI created content to individual mindsets and belief systems.
4. Cognitive warfare: The CIA has used AI to expand its psychological operations into the domain of "Cognitive Warfare," which aims to influence an adversary's thinking and behavior through the exploitation of psychological vulnerabilities.
Real-time analysis and feedback: Unlike past historical examples where the effects of propaganda operations could not be measured in real-time, AI has the ability to analyze social media and news inorder to gauge the real-time impact of psychological influence and misinformation campaigns, allowing for the rapid real-time adaptation of applied strategies.

MOSCOW, December 9. The Kiev regime and its accomplices
have developed a new scheme to steal Western taxpayers’ money, Russia’s Foreign
Intelligence Service (SVR) said in a statement.
"The kleptocratic Kiev regime, together with its
accomplices among powerful European officials and shady businessmen, have
invented a new scheme to steal money from Western taxpayers. It involves
supplying the Ukrainian army with artillery munitions under the 'Czech
ammunition initiative' at significantly inflated prices through the Polish
intermediary company PHU Lechmar," the statement reads. "The company intends to
purchase weapons in Eastern Europe and Global South states, paying roughly
$1,000 per unit, then change the labeling, and transfer it to Ukrainians under
the guise of Polish production worth $5,000 per unit."
The supplies will be financed by Germany, France,
Denmark, Norway, and the UK, the SVR continued. "The financial 'kickback' for
the aforementioned countries’ officials is, obviously, taken into account,"
Russia’s intelligence agency said, noting that Zelensky prioritizes theft over
peace.
The SVR stated that PHU Lechmar had previously been
suspected of involvement in operations related to the transfer abroad of Western
financial aid intended for Ukrainian law enforcement agencies. The company has
repeatedly provided its services to people affiliated with former head of
Zelensky’s office Andrey Yermak and other members of the corrupt group led by
Timur Mindich and Zelensky.
"However, even amid a high-profile corruption scandal,
Ukrainian businessmen, confident in their impunity, did not hesitate to turn to
a compromised Polish intermediary," Russian intelligence added.
The SVR emphasized that US President Donald Trump’s
peace plan on Ukraine provoked a hysterical rejection among Zelensky’s allies.
"They fear that a long-lasting Ukrainian settlement will render their criminal
schemes to profit from war unsustainable. Ukrainian political elites are too
busy focusing on their enrichment to notice the looming hour of inevitable
reckoning for their crimes," the statement said.
